Embedding chat requires pasting a short code snippet into your website; your website administrator can help if needed.

If the full content cannot be processed safely, the operation is rejected without discarding your documents. Scanned images, handwritten documents and old DOC files are not supported.

Yes. Manual additions, edits and deletions do not use training credits. Training new documents always includes an inconsistency check. A separate full-knowledge consistency scan is optional and shows a credit quote before you accept.

After successful training, uploaded files are removed. The organised knowledge and training history remain available. Keep your original files elsewhere; Dialogiva is not a document archive.

No. The initial product collects and confirms the request details for your team. A person must confirm availability, a booking, a final quote or an order. It does not connect to a live calendar, stock system or payment checkout for your callers.

Training credits cover document processing, optional consistency scans and AI regeneration of the reception brief. Phone use is measured in minutes. Web chat is measured in assistant responses, not minutes or whole conversations. Replies in the portal simulator also use the chat allowance. They are separate allowances shown in your dashboard.

Paid plans support an own-number setup, subject to availability, number type and country-specific verification. Do not assume a number can be issued immediately or that every country is supported. The trial uses a shared test number.

The assistant is designed to stay within your business information. Spam and scope controls help redirect unrelated questions and flag repeated misuse. Review the history: no automated filter is perfect.

Confirmed requests appear in the portal with an unread indicator and conversation context. Enable email notifications and choose the recipient in Settings. Email can be delayed or filtered, so the portal remains your source of truth.

Yes. Start Trial without a card, then subscribe through secure checkout in your portal. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Review taxes and the total before paying. You can manage invoices, payment details, upgrades, downgrades and cancellation in the portal; phone-number verification is separate.

The plans provide different usage allowances. Clear, current business knowledge and realistic testing matter for answer quality. No plan guarantees that every AI answer will be correct.
